alanhinkel > 01.Great Egret (Ardea alba) Grand Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve(GNERR)in Jackson County,Mississippi.16 December 2008.This photo was taken around 9:45 in the morning but
I do see the loss of detail in the birds wings. This is my most popular photo of my collection. Thanks for all of the comments. They are greatly appreciated.Someone suggested I get rid of the tree reflection going through the bird. Please let me know what you think. The photo without the tree is in my Daily Photos Gallery beside this one.Thanks.
alanhinkel > 02.Bison in Yellowstone.Taken on the last full day of the Photo Shoot/Tour with Jess Lee Photography.
alanhinkel > 03.Little Blue Heron Wading in Wetlands.(Egretta caerulea)15 December 2008.Bayou Chicot,North of the Singing River Yacht Club.I have made a print without the small dark spot to the left of the reflection toward the bottom. It is on the 32nd page in my Egret and Heron Gallery if you would like to purchase this photo without the spot.My second most popular photo. Thanks for the comments. They are greatly appreciated.
alanhinkel > 04.An F-16 Falcon,Viper East Demo Team Jet,with a wall of fire behind it at the Wings over Meridian Airshow in Mississippi,29 March 08.The wall of fire was done by a pyrotechnics Company. They were not put there with photoshop..Thanks for all of the comments. They are greatly appreciated.
alanhinkel > 05.Baby Tabby in the Shade.I named him Red.Exif:I took this shot while I was in the shallow end of my pool. The pool is built up around 3 feet because of the high water tables here.So the pool digger only had to dig about 4 inches in the shallow end and 5 feet in the deep end.Anyway, that is how I got the low angle shot of this cute kitten.
alanhinkel > 06.Bison in Yellowstone National Park
